  • 1.How do I reserve my room?

    Reservation process

    – Select or introduce the desired destination (city, island, etc.), dates of check in and check out, and number of adults and children (if any please specify the exact age of each child)

    – Click “Search” to find all hotels with available rooms on the dates selected. A list of hotels will appear on the screen.

    – For more information on a specific hotel, click on the rate or on the “Continue” button.

    – Once room types and rates are displayed on your screen, for the selected hotel, you will be able to choose the rate and room type desired according to the room type description and click “Continue” on the right side of the screen in order to proceed.

    – Once you have selected your desired room type, you will be taken to the “Reservation Customer Info” page, where you will be asked to fill in the respective fields with your personal information. Be sure your name and email address are spelled correctly and that you fill in all “required” fields. After you fill out all the required information, press “Continue”.

    – If all information is correctly introduced on the “Reservation Customer Info” page you will be guided to “Payment Details” page where you will be able to review the information of your selection before introducing your credit card details. Make sure that all your personal information is correct and that the dates, room type and hotel selection are correct. Please also read carefully the cancellation policy for the specific reservation.

    – Fill in the Credit Card details information on the bottom of the “Payment Details” page and press “Book” to complete your purchase.

    – As soon as you reservation is completed a Success page will appear on the screen with all the information of your reservation and you will receive an email confirming your booking. If further correspondence is necessary, a Customer Care agent will reply back to you with an email or a call within 24 hours.

  • 2. Is it safe to use my credit card?

    Using the 2 flights search engines you have two options: either simple journey (One way) or with return (Round trip). Round trip is the default option. If you are interested in a one way journey you will have to select the respective button.

  • 3. When will I be charged for my hotel reservation?

    For certain hotels you will be charged at the time of booking. For other reservations, you will be expected to pay the property directly at the time of your stay. Please check on the booking details page or your confirmation email.

  • 4. What happens when I make a reservation?

    Once you have inserted your credit card details on the “Payment Details” page and after having pressed “Book” you will be guided to a new screen (‘Success Page”) where your reservation number will be displayed. You should keep this number. This is the number you will have to mention at the reception of the hotel upon your arrival, although just mentioning your name usually is more than enough for the front office clerks to retrieve your booking.

    Additionaly, we inform you that all reservations are being confirmed instantly (the latest within 30 minutes) via email in which you will find all the booking details.

  • 5. When will the hotel be informed of my booking?

    Usually, the hotel is being notified for your reservation, the latest within 48 hours from the time of the booking. However, if you desire to contact the hotel directly in order to reconfirm your booking, you should mention to the hotelier the provider name which is written just right below the Reservation Number as well as the respective reference number next to the hotel providers name.

  • 6. What should I do if I didn’t receive a Booking Confirmation Email after completing my reservation?

    Generally, confirmations are sent within 15 minutes after the completion of your booking, although sometimes it can take a few hours to receive the confirmation email. Please make sure that you have reviewed your Spam Folder. You may need to add this site to your “allowed” senders list to receive confirmation emails and information regarding future bookings.   • 1. How do I select a one-way flight?

    Using the 2 flights search engines you have two options: either simple journey (One way) or with return (Round trip). Round trip is the default option. If you are interested in a one way journey you will have to select the respective button.

  • 2. How can I be sure that my reservation has been completed successfully?

    Right after the completion of the reservation that you will make from the affiliate partner site, a success page will be displayed on your screen and an e-mail containing your e-ticket and related information will be sent to you within 24 hours from the moment you have paid for your reservation (usually this takes several minutes).

  • 3. What should I do if I don’t receive an e-mail after the completion of the reservation process?

    In case you don’t receive any mail within an hour from the completion of the reservation process please checking your spam or trash email folders, as sometimes emails from unrecognised sources can end up there.

    If you still can’t find the email, we recommend that you contact the airline or travel agent directly. If you can’t remember who you booked with, you can usually check your credit card statement for a company name. Tickets are usually issued on the same day, but some travel agents may take longer so it will be worth checking with them directly

  • 4. Am I able to make a reservation using my own credit card on behalf of someone else who wants to travel?

    Yes you are able to do that unless the travel site that you are going to book your ticket has some restrictions.

  • 5. How can I cancel or modify my air ticket?

    Should you want to cancel or modify your ticket, you should contact the travel agent or the airline company that you already book your ticket.

  • 6 Can the name of passenger be changed on the ticket?

    The tickets are not transferable and for this reason no change of name can be done. The name should be introduced on the reservation form exactly as it is written on the passport or the identity card. After the completion of the reservation form, no change or correction can be accepted on the name of the passenger.

  • 7. How will I receive my ticket?

    Your ticket is electronic (e-ticket) and will be sent to you via e-mail. You will only need to make online your check-in from the airline company website, or at airport to go directly to the check-in counter of the airline holding your identity card or passport .

  • 8. When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will be charged at the moment of the completion of your reservation.

  • 9. Why I have been overcharged?

    When we transfer you to the airline or travel agent website to complete your booking, all flight details including prices will be updated and displayed. At this stage, we recommend and you check this information carefully before you confirm and pay for your booking. The final price you pay for your tickets may change because of additional options offered by the provider, such as luggage or travel insurance (although these should always be optional) or because the price in some cases are quoted in dollars .

    If you believe you have been overcharged, we recommend that you contact the provider you booked with .

  • 10. What kind of documents should I carry when I travel?

    If you are a Schengen Zone citizen and you travel within Schengen Zone you just have to hold your identity card (your name should be written with latin letters). While your Id is enough for you to travel, passports are more common to use while travelling. If you travel outside Schengen Zone, you necessarily need your passport, while your ticket of return and visa may be essential also. We recommend you to consult the embassy of the country that you will visit, in order to be sure of which are the essential travel documents that you will need. Even if our travel consultant may inform you regarding the need of Visa issuing for a certain country, such reminder is not an obligation of ours.
